You know despite taking a couple courses in web development, you'd think that you'd know one thing about taking a layout and translating it into css, and what not. turns out, no not really. If anything I'll just yoink a free template from somewhere and work off that foundation.

It is kinda crazy that this platform exists. Free website hosting, 1gb, that's enough freedom to about anything in a personal scope.
My plans for the site is to essentially make it into a blog, what I tended to do a lot on twitter is make threads, so I want to bring every piece of content I did there to here...

1/4/2025 - Happy new year, out of sheer will and chatgpt I have created the base form for my website viewable by clicking the link in the calandar nav bar
it's free to take after all I largely didn't code it myself given how I'm clueless on how flexbox works but worked out fine huh. I didn't test how images work but i imagine thats the least of the worry
I think I'll repurpose this page at the very least into... a landing page
1/6/2025 - not really an update but I wanted to write a things do list for the test layout... which basically boils down to converting all inline css into the actual css file.
Other things possibly is setting for a color scheme, i either go dark or light blue-ish, then setting up main content structure.
1/15/2025 - A little small iteration of the test site was made with mobile in mind, has a decent amount of js but it works as intended. viewable at test site right sidebar
