I was hand holded by AI to see if I could make the site dynamically update as suggested by my cousin (firestore etc) either I did it wrong or it's just that the free version of neocities does not allow that to happen.
In addition if that were the case I think editing the actual site to have custom embeds would be actually hella annoying to do? because everything is dynamically made from a database. From react... I tried here kinda makes everything inflexible or something when you try to add anything custom since it's all in the react file.

Hey I shouldn't have that line above that icon... unsolvable edgecase smh
Also interestingly pure JS lightbox is dogshit, but react lightbox works amazingly... who woulda known it fixed the issues I had dealing with clicking out of the lightbox mode.
